Letters generated by LetterSure are personal correspondence drafts only. They do not constitute legal advice, legal representation, or legal documents of any kind. Nothing produced by this service creates a solicitor-client relationship between you and LetterSure. If your situation requires formal legal action, please consult a qualified solicitor via the Law Society at solicitors.lawsociety.org.uk.
Letters are created using artificial intelligence. By using this service, you acknowledge that your letter is an AI-assisted draft. You are responsible for reviewing the letter, making any edits necessary, and taking full ownership of any letter you choose to send. LetterSure does not guarantee any particular outcome from sending a letter.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. You must review the generated letter before sending it and ensure it accurately represents your situation. By downloading or using a generated letter, you confirm that you have read it and accept full responsibility for its contents.
You may only use LetterSure for lawful personal correspondence. You must not use this service to generate letters containing false information, to harass or threaten any individual or organisation, to misrepresent your identity, or for any commercial purpose without our written permission.
Payment is required to unlock and download your completed letter. Because letters are generated and delivered digitally at the point of purchase, refunds cannot be offered once the full letter has been revealed or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue preventing delivery, contact us at support@lettersure.co.uk within 48 hours.
LetterSure Pro subscribers may generate up to 30 letters per calendar month for personal use. This limit exists to ensure fair access for all subscribers and to prevent commercial misuse. If you require more than 30 letters per month please contact us at support@lettersure.co.uk to discuss a commercial arrangement.
We collect the information you enter into the letter generation form solely to create your letter. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Full details are in our Privacy Policy at lettersure.co.uk/privacy.
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, LetterSure shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from your use of this service or any letter generated by it. Our total liability in any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you paid for the letter in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
